Inspired by Angela Davis’ assertion that “radical simply means grasping things at the root”, GraspED Roots is committed to challenging the status quo by eliciting change and progress in organizational systems. We offer strategies and action steps to empower those interested in transforming their organizational community into being the best place to live, work, and learn.


In order to evoke continuous improvement that each stakeholder can be a beneficiary of, we believe all leaders from the “boots on the ground” to the board room must first acknowledge that systemic challenges and barriers exist. Subsequently, we can aim to deconstruct, rebuild, and implement a long sustaining system that is free from the deeply rooted issues that are present in organizational systems today. We believe in recognizing, honoring and serving our clients through a strengths based coaching approach.
